You can outsource this component of your services to us at low costs and still have control over everything yourself. You decide
You know what is best for your customers. You maintain contact with them yourself in order to offer personalized service. You can see and manage all of your clients in a single account, with quick and easy adding and editing. You can integrate our products into the overall solution that you sell to your customers and set your own retail price. You will receive a discount on our regular prices according to the number of domains and packages that you host with us. This lets you decide how much profit you turn on the services sold.
Your customers
We adhere to a key guiding principle: your customers are and remain your customers. If your customers contact us, we refer them back to you. Customers must submit their queries to you first. VEVIDA in turn will ensure that your query is answered promptly, so you are also able to help your customer promptly. You remain your customer’s point of contact; and we send our invoice to you, not to the customer.
