Frequently Asked Questions
ASP.NET 3.5 Service Pack 1 is standardly available for your website. It is installed "on top of" ASP.NET 2.0. The security level is comparable to "medium trust".
On new web servers, starting from web server net3-nl-iis-77, the following additional components are available:
1. Windows Communications Foundation
2. Microsoft Chart Controls for Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5
3. ASP.NET MVC
Software like ODBC.NET (Microsoft.Data.Odbc name space) and ASP.NET 1.1 (incl. ASP.NET Ajax 1.0 and WSE 3.0) is not available on these servers.
The aforementioned components are not available on older web servers (up to and including web server net3-nl-iis-76). If you are still developing with Visual Studio 2005 or older, you can still make limited use of ASP.NET Ajax Extensions 1.0 or Web Services Enhancements 3.0.
PHP
The installed PHP version is 5.2.13 (Changelog). Zend Optimizer v3.3.3 and PEAR 1.5.1 are also installed on our web servers.
Perl
The current Perl version is 5.8.9.825.

MySQL + MySQL ODBC
The current MySQL server version is 5.1.47.
MySQL ODBC Driver versions 3.51.12 and 5.1.6 are installed on all web servers.
PostgreSQL ODBC
psqlODBC 8.3.4 is standardly available for communication with postgreSQL databases.
